What is the way to check the common faults of the wire frame of the compression spring machine?

The compression spring machine has a faster speed of hitting yellow on the computer, and the hitting yellow is stable. 1. Turn off the power of the compression spring machine and open the wire frame door. Most of the wire frame power circuits are installed beside the door. Carefully check whether there is a loose wiring end, which leads to a loose line. If yes, please tighten the fixing screws.

2. The problem still exists. Please open the tin can where the telephone pole is installed (the old wire rack is square, the latest wire rack is oval), you can see there are two optical magnetic induction limit switches made of square plastic inside. Among them, the left side is the light switch, and the right side is the tangled wire alarm switch. There is a green light on the switch, which means that the switch has magnetically sensed the iron object. Under all normal conditions, the light on the tangled wire alarm switch is not on. If the light is on, it may be due to the switch magnetic induction to the iron can, please adjust the switch position. The best position is: the light is off when everything is normal, but when the utility pole is pulled to a larger part on the right, the sensor light is on and the switch will not be encountered.

3. Problems still exist. Please open the wire frame door, you can see a row of car relays (square, transparent plastic case, and the power circuit inside) beside the door. There are 4 wire racks for the old model, and 3 wire racks for the latest model, counting from left to right. The second one is a tangled wire car relay. Take it out, clean up the eight power pins on the upper side, and plug it in as before. If it doesn’t work, please replace it with a car relay.

4. If the problem still exists, the compression spring machine has a power transformer (the casing is made of ring-shaped grid pattern milky white iron sheet) near the door in the wire frame, with a small emerald green light on it. Connect the power supply and see if the light is on. If so, use a multimeter to accurately measure the working voltage of the V- and V+ pins. Note that this is the AC voltage. Is there 24v? If not, please press the power transformer. Nowadays, the development trend of compression spring machine is automatic control type and CNC machine tool type; the difference between these two types is the driver, the first one belongs to the fully automatic, and the latter one Belongs to fully automatic. 5. The host contains the actual operation control panel, shell, tool post (the popular name of robotic arm), feed organization and its hydraulic press and other components.
