The camshaft-free spring machine can be divided into five parts: straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, reducing mechanism, pitch operating mechanism, and disconnecting mechanism.
1. School direct organization:
The position of the straightening mechanism is between the material rack and the feeding roller. It consists of 2 sets of straightening rollers. The purpose of the straightening system software is to remove the original bending deformation of the stainless steel wire. After straightening, it can be straightened. It is convenient to improve the precision of the coil spring when it comes to the formed mechanical equipment.
2. Feeding organization:
The feeding mechanism is a device that relies on two or two pairs of feeding wheels to clamp the stainless steel wire, and the rotation of the feeding wheel drives the stainless steel wire to move forward in parallel. Use the transmission gear on the feed shaft tenon with the fan-shaped incomplete worm gear transmission. The speed ratio of the upper and lower rollers is the same, but the rotation direction is reversed. The feed wheel rotates for seven days. The length of the feed is the diameter of the feed wheel. The length of the spring can be determined by the number of turns of the feed wheel. The number of teeth of the fan-shaped incomplete transmission gear is the number of turns of the feed wheel (actual refer to the coefficient table).
3. Reducing agency:
The diameter reducing mechanism refers to the operating mechanism of the spring diameter when the spring is wound. This is composed of two ejector rods and the reducing camshaft of the driver ejector rod.
When manufacturing a cylindrical spring, the wire walking of the spring will not change. Adjusting the two ejector rods to the opposite position conforms to the outer diameter of the spring, and then the two ejector rod positions will not change.
When manufacturing variable diameter springs, such as the convex, truncated cone spring, and the top bar, the front, rear, left, and right anchor bolts are loosened, so that the ejector rod can be retracted back and forth in the tool table to change the outer warp of the spring. The shaft drive ejector rod exceeds the goal of producing various reducing springs.
4. Pitch diameter change agency:
The pitch diameter changing mechanism is a mechanism that manipulates the spring pitch diameter. The machine has two mechanisms:
(1) It is composed of a pitch knife and a variable pitch camshaft. The variable camshaft is a reasonable number of turns of the operating spring, and the anchor bolts under the pitch cutter adjust the spring height-width ratio;
(2) The camshaft drive system crankshaft enables the pitch cutter to be released from the inside of the equipment, and the springs with larger pitches are more strongly estimated.
5. Disconnect the organization:
The disconnection mechanism is the final production and processing posture of the spring when the stainless steel wire is disconnected after winding and forming. The disconnection is performed according to the knife and the core.
