When operating the spring machine; the debugging of the wire feed wheel of the spring machine is very important, and it will directly affect the stability of the spring machine during processing. Here are some quick tips for you today on adjusting wire feed rolls for spring machines:

1. Debugging and calibration of wire feed roller. Generally speaking, the left front wire feed roller has been adjusted to the reference seat when it leaves the factory, and no further adjustment is required. When operating the machine, we only need to correct the right wire feed roller. Take "front and rear feed wheel height correction" as an example:
① Loosen the pressure valves of the middle and rear feeding reels, and moderately tighten the pressure valves of the front feeding reels;
②Set the computer system to cut off 20,000 grid lines before feeding, 15 revolutions per minute, and stop after producing 3 grid lines;
③Stop the machine before setting the production line 1 to cut off;
④ Fold the line sent by the mandrel into a 90° angle for observation;
⑤ Loosen the pressure valve of the front wire feed wheel, and observe the rotation direction of the wire feed angle at the same time (if it rotates counterclockwise, it means that the wire feed wheel on the right side of the front axle is too low and needs to be raised; if it rotates clockwise, it means that the right side of the front axle The wire wheel is too high and needs to be lowered.), and adjust the height of the wire feed wheel on the right side of the front axle.
⑥Repeat the adjustment action described in the previous paragraph until the folding angle of the wire feed roll is static after the pressure valve of the wire feed roll is loosened, and the height adjustment of the wire feed roll is completed. In addition, the height correction of the right middle and right rear axle wire feed rollers is the same as that of the right front axle wire feed rollers, and will not be repeated here.

2. Correct the position of the wire feed wheel seat. Generally speaking, the wire feed roller seat of the spring machine is installed on the wire feed box, and consists of two or more sets of wire feed rollers. Wherein, the height adjustment steps of the wire feed wheel seat are as follows:
① Loosen the pull rod, use two splints to loosen the first two groups of wire feed rollers, tighten the set screws, and then tighten one group of wire feed rollers;
②Use an open-ended wrench to rotate each group of studs under the box to adjust the height of the wire feed wheel seat (for example, if it is rotated clockwise, the height of the wire feed wheel will rise; if it is turned counterclockwise, the height of the wire feed wheel will decrease.
③After completing relevant adjustments, lock the pull rod and fixing screw.
The steps to adjust the level of the wire feed wheel seat are as follows:
① Loosen the pressure valve of the wire feed wheel;
② Loosen the fixing bolts of the wire feed wheel seat;
③Adjust the horizontal adjustment screw of the wire feed wheel seat to make the wire feed wheel seat in a proper position;
④ Tighten the fixing bolts of the wire feed roller;
⑤ Tighten the pressure valve of the wire feed roll according to the required degree of tightness.
