1. CNC Spring machine can be divided into: cold coil spring machine and hot coil spring machine according to the forming method. Conventionally, the wire diameter of 8.0 mm or more adopts the cold coil method, and the wire diameter of 8.0 mm or more adopts the hot coil method. At present, most manufacturers produce cold coil spring machines.
2, CNC spring machine according to the forming function can be divided into: computer compression spring machine, universal spring machine and camless spring machine. Among them, the computer compression spring machine is continuously developed on the basis of the two-axis, and gradually developed into an 8-axis or multi-axis computer compression spring machine; the universal spring machine can be further divided into a cam rotation line spring machine and a cam non-rotation spring machine. The camless spring machine can be divided into a camless spring machine and a camless springless machine.
3, CNC spring machine according to the type of forming can be divided into: computer compression spring machine, universal spring machine, camless spring machine, tension spring machine, torsion spring machine, CNC spring machine, snake spring machine, wire forming machine and special machine, etc.
