The basic machine and equipment structure of the spring machine can be divided into five parts: straightening organization, feeding organization, reducing organization, pitch control organization, and disconnecting organization.
Straightening organization: The position of the straightening organization is between the material rack and the feeding roller. It consists of 2 sets of straightening rollers. The purpose of the straightening system software is to remove the original bending deformation of the stainless steel wire. After straightening, It can be straightened into the forming machinery and equipment, which is convenient to improve the precision of the coil spring.
Feeding organization: The feeding organization is a device that relies on two or two pairs of feeding wheels to clamp the stainless steel wire, and the rotation of the feeding wheel pushes the stainless steel wire forward in parallel. Use the drive gear on the feed shaft tenon with the fan-shaped incomplete worm gear drive. The speed ratio of the upper and lower rollers is the same, but the direction of rotation is reversed. The feeding wheel rotates for seven days. The length of the feeding wheel is the diameter of the feeding wheel. The length of the spring can be determined by the number of turns of the feeding wheel. The number of teeth of the fan-shaped incomplete transmission gear is the number of turns to manipulate the feeding wheel.
Diameter reducing organization: The variable diameter organization refers to the organization that manipulates the diameter of the spring when the spring is wound. This is composed of two ejector rods and a reducing camshaft for the drive ejector rod.
When manufacturing a cylindrical spring, the spring wire will not change. Adjust the two ejector rods to the opposite position, which conforms to the outer warp specifications of the spring, and then fix the two ejector rods without changing. When manufacturing variable diameter springs, such as the convex, truncated cone spring, and the top bar, the front, rear, left, and right anchor bolts are loosened, so that the ejector rod can be retracted back and forth in the tool table to change the outer warp of the spring, according to the reducing cam. The shaft drive ejector rod exceeds the goal of producing various reducing springs.
Pitch diameter change organization: The pitch diameter change organization is the organization that manipulates the spring pitch diameter. The machine has two organizations:
1. The spring machine is composed of a pitch knife and a variable pitch camshaft. The variable camshaft is a reasonable number of turns of the operating spring, and the anchor bolts under the pitch cutter adjust the spring height-width ratio;
2. The spring machine is driven by the crankshaft of the camshaft drive system, so that the pitch knife is released from the inside of the equipment, which is more powerful for the large-pitch spring machine. Disconnected organization: Disconnected organization is after winding and forming. Disconnecting the stainless steel wire is the final production and processing posture when the spring falls. The disconnection is carried out according to the knife and the core.
