Test run of torsion spring load

1. After the torsion spring machine (disc machine) has passed the no-load test run, the load test run can be performed. During the test run under load, the equipment needs to use the sample for 2 hours to check the smoothness of the sample.
2. During the test run of the torsion spring machine, check whether the basic technical parameters meet the requirements of the torsion spring machine.
3. The Y-axis and Z-axis of the torsion spring machine should be stable, and it is not easy to have problems such as torsion that affect accuracy. The accuracy of the Z-axis can be measured with a meter.
4. The torsion spring circuit, oil circuit and control system should be flexible, safe and reliable.
