How to maintain the spring machine?

Posted by Admin

Correct maintenance is an important link to ensure the normal operation of spring machinery, reduce failure rate and extend its service life.
The maintenance content of the spring machine (computerized spring machine, computerized spring coiling machine) only needs to be cleaning, tightening, adjustment, lubrication, and corrosion protection.
In order to reduce the wear speed of spring mechanical parts, eliminate long-term hidden troubles of failure, and extend the service life of the machine, the following work must be done:

A routine maintenance. Routine maintenance centers on cleaning, tightening, adjustment, and lubrication. Routine spring machine maintenance must be performed as required before departure, during work, and after receiving the car. This task is performed independently by the spring manipulator.

Two regular maintenance. According to the maintenance requirements of various mechanical equipment, after reaching the specified working hours or specified mileage, corresponding regular maintenance must be carried out, including the following:
Primary maintenance: Primary maintenance is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. The focus is on lubrication, tightening and checking that all relevant parts have been cleaned and three filters (air, oil, fuel filters) have been cleaned. Mainly guided by the mechanical team leader and completed by the mechanical operator.

Secondary maintenance: The secondary maintenance mainly focuses on inspection and adjustment. Specifically, check the working conditions of the engine, clutch, transmission, etc. and make necessary adjustments to eliminate the faults found. Ensure that the spring machinery has good working performance. The secondary maintenance is completed by the machine operator assisting the maintenance personnel.

Three-level maintenance: focus on detection, adjustment, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and check the parts that affect the performance, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.
